Equifax is looking for a Senior Director, Technology Consulting to join our Technology Consulting team. This individual contributor position will drive revenue and strengthen client relationships by showcasing and demonstrating the value of Equifax technology solutions and data assets. In this role, you'll act as a trusted technology advisor, building executive relationships with clients and collaborating across Equifax to optimize solution delivery.
This role requires a deep understanding of the current technology landscape, industry drivers, and evolving client needs. The Technology Consulting team collaborates with both the sales teams and other internal partners, serving as leaders and liaisons for the development and delivery of technology solutions, such as Data Asset Delivery, criteria and attribution, decisioning and analytical environments. They must work well in a team environment, yet be self-starters. The Technology Consultants cultivate key relationships and provides client feedback to the sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have an articulate and persuasive presence, combined with a strong understanding of client technology and operating systems. They will be bright, dynamic, and will possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
What you will do:
Participate in account planning with account executives for strategic accounts that are positioned to leverage Equifax technology solutions that will drive revenue growth and market share at the target account
Work closely with Equifax and client leadership to consistently and deliberately coordinate sales activities that have a technology opportunity component
Proactively mine and analyze both industry and client’s legacy environment in order to drive meaningful client dialogue and tangible sales opportunities
Establish, maintain, and manage key customer relationships in tandem with the account team
Become (in the client's eyes) a problem-solving go-to resource in areas of cloud based risk decisioning applications and API technologies
Establish credibility with senior-level account employees and executives and build/maintain those relationships
What experience you need:
7-10+ years experience in B2B client-facing technology sales, advisor, or consulting roles
Deep experience in integrating technology platforms in the credit and risk space preferred
Solid technical working knowledge of the following: API frameworks, JSON or XML, cloud technologies (GCP), Bruno
Thorough understanding of the operations of mid-market to large client accounts and experience partnering to influence the agendas of multiple client stakeholders
Strong presentation and effective communication skills with senior leaders and C-level executives
Proven success in driving significant revenue growth with highly complex strategic clients

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $129,830 to $150,000. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive compensation program at approximately 15%. The application window is anticipated to close on Friday October 31, 2025.
