This role involves working closely with legal and compliance professionals and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. A key aspect of this role is creating and presenting comprehensive reports to executive leadership.
Reporting to the VP of Compliance, this sole-contributor role works from our office in Midtown with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. (This is NOT a fully-remote role.)

What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare detailed executive reports on project status, performance, and key metrics.
- Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience creating and managing detailed project plans.
- Experience in developing and presenting reports to executive leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Experience working on projects that involve technology or data matters.
- Experience working within a legal department or legal operations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder or cross functional processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners, as well as senior management, with focus on informing, influencing, and relationship building.
- Excellent executive presentation skills.
- Experience working on litigation matters.
