You will provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CRC Site leadership community and build upon existing processes to help our team drive toward our desired business and financial outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Analyzes profit and loss income statements, generates forecasts and analyzes trends in charge outs, finance and other areas of business.
- Design and produce insightful reports that facilitate decision-making and highlight opportunities and risks.
- Perform in-depth analysis to provide insight, identify and quantify opportunities or understand risks.
- Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as investments, analysis and tracking of key business drivers and initiatives, new product development, new markets and marketing strategies.
- Constant communication with Business Partners and stakeholders. Tracking of all budget changes that can happen based on business partner feedback.
- Drive process improvements associated with the current methodologies used for the planning/forecasting and analysis processes
- Maintain historical dashboards tracking of the spending associated with the business units within the scope including trends analysis as but not only: quarter over quarter and year over year. Track trends in historical linearity, seasonality, etc. to help drive current year spending forecasts.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Industrial engineering.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting, Analysis roles, Commercial Finance, Project management
- 1 year of experience in Excel/Sheets and Hyperion planning/Essbase
- 1 year of experience in SQL, data mgmt. tools, financial modeling techniques and Tableau (prefer)
- English Proficiency (Emmersion B2 or higher)
- Excellent Communication
- Strong Collaboration Abilities
- Proven Ability to Influence
- Commitment to Ongoing Development
- CAPEX management and deep accounting skills considered as a plus
- Ability and experience working in cross functional teams
- Motivated individual with a desire to learn and to grow in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence to ask for help to his or her peers and/or superiors
- Quick learner and interested in developing his or her career in a fast pace and challenging environment
