What You’ll Do
- Content creation & copywriting support: Assist in the creation of high-quality digital content, including email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, digital ads, social media posts, and website copy.
- Digital optimization: Apply strategic optimization techniques to improve digital content’s engagement metrics and search performance. Make recommendations for improvement.
- Content performance monitoring: Assist in monitoring key digital content metrics, such as email open/click-through rates, website traffic, conversions, and social engagement. Help gather data and insights to understand content effectiveness.
- Project coordination: Help coordinate and move projects forward to completion, assisting in follow-up with stakeholders and agency partners ensuring timelines are met.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the business unit to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, legal standards and team’s strategic goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and provide feedback on marketing campaigns.
- Digital marketing research: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices across content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media. Share new insights and recommendations for content opportunities.
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Google suite
- Ability to work in the One Atlantic Center (OAC) office in Midtown on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Interest in the financial services or B2B data/analytics industry
- Hands-on B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrated writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail evidenced through a portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, basic SEO principles, including keyword concepts and on-page optimization
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics
- Enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
- Interest in user experience (UX) principles as they apply to digital content
