The Office Receptionist works Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation:$17 - $18.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
- Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
- Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
- Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations

Equi-Venture Farms LLC offers flexible hours, both full-time and part-time. Shifts include day, afternoon, and overnight shifts (12 hours). We offer health insurance coverage for FT employees. Bonus programs include monthly compensation for perfect attendance and a referral program that offers $500 for successful referrals who are hired and a $1,000 onboarding bonus.
