Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Representative Payee to join our team. As a Representative Payee, you will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of individuals who are unable to do so themselves. This includes handling payments, budgeting, and ensuring financial stability for our clients.
Duties:
- Manage the finances of clients who are unable to do so themselves
- Receive and deposit income on behalf of clients
- Pay bills and expenses on time
- Create and maintain budgets for clients
- Monitor and track client's financial transactions
- Provide regular reports to clients and relevant agencies
- Assist clients with financial decision-making
- Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and other professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
Skills:
- Previous experience in working with a vulnerable population preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer Skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial information and make informed decisions
- Ability to multi-task
