What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secondary Operations - 1st Shift position at Equality Die Cast, Inc.?
**SHIFT HOURS, 6 am-4:30 p.m., MONDAY-THURSDAY and currently every other Friday Overtime**
Performs secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, trimming, sanding and reworking products while maintaining quality standards. Other duties as assigned.
Duties:
- Perform mechanical operations using trim presses, tapping machines, drill presses, sanding equipment and various hand tools.
- Set up machines based on job specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Fabricate, assemble, package, and handle materials as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. However, manufacturing experience is preferred. This position requires a self motivated individual.
- Must be dependable and at least 18 years of age
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
