What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production & Assembly Coordinator position at Equal Vision Records, Inc.?
Full time availability only.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Overtime may be required if needed.
Anything over 40 hours is overtime.
Job Summary: Collaborate with team on production details for projects and input pertinent details into job scheduling system. Coordinate project details for assembly team to execute accurate packaging and fulfillment of vinyl record orders. Responsible for receiving incoming inventory and project components to green light for production schedule. Communicate with clients when jobs are in production, sending production emails and addressing logistical questions as they arise. Support assembly in fulfillment of orders, including packaging and preparing projects for shipment, completing inventory sheets, and shipping logistics. Completes internal tracking of shipping details and works collaboratively with Client & Logistics Coordinator and team. Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Functional supervision over small assembly team
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily tracking and coordination of various project components
- Creates cue sheets for assembly team
- Receives and tracks project parts and components
- Communicate with clients during production runs
- Receives shipping details and executes final inventory counts.
- Uses multiple systems, QuickBooks, Google Sheets and Drive, UPS WorldShip, and internal job scheduling system.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work effectively on a team
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent job history, and 1-3 years experience in a high paced work environment. Customer service and production or project management experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Extended periods of sitting and standing. Periods of walking and carrying items. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
This is a manufacturing position and is NOT retail.
Starting pay is $22.00/hr plus the benefits listed below.
