About the Role
We’re growing! With new multi-level facilities now open on campus, we’re looking for an experienced server to join our team.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality dining service to residents in our health services areas—delivering not just meals, but meaningful experiences. If you take pride in great service and want your work to make a difference, you’ll fit right in.

What You Bring
- At least 6 months of recent food service experience (or prior Wait Staff I experience)
- A genuine appreciation for older adults
- Friendly, respectful communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English (spoken & written) for safe teamwork
- Must be 16 years old with reliable transportation
Requirements
- Have a valid Oregon Food Handler's Card
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Be legally allowed to work in the United States of America
