Process Management
- Support Senior Manager and Manager in the annual Fellowship application process, including outreach and relationship management with prospective applicants and host organizations, and responding to day-to-day inquiries.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Fellowship application review cycles, in conjunction with the Sr. Manager of Recruitment/Enrollment.
- Support administration of Fellow onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain all data tracking systems.
- Maintain calendar of activities and events.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintain database records.
- Meet all deadlines in the recruitment/enrollment process.
- Ensure that all communications with applicants and key stakeholders align with EJW’s standards of excellence.
