Role Description
The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Associate will manage client accounts, including account opening and transactions processing. The Associate will also assist in financial reporting and service requests. Three days per week will be required on-site in the Dallas office. 401K matching and health benefits included.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Customer service skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of finance and financial products
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Charles Schwab is preferred
