Server / Waitstaff – Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay: $13.00 per hour

If you are friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with people, we invite you to join our Dining Services team. Previous serving experience is helpful, but we’re also happy to train someone with a great attitude and commitment to excellent service.
Available Schedules
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Full-Time
- Daytime double-shift schedules available
- Five days per week with two days off
Part-Time
- 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
- 3:30 PM–7:30 PM
Schedules are based on availability and departmental needs.
What You’ll Do
As a Server at Epworth Villa, you’ll help make each meal a positive experience for our residents and guests. Responsibilities include:
- Welcome residents and guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals promptly and courteously
- Answer menu questions and assist residents with selections
- Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to enter orders
- Set, clear, and reset tables and dining areas
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
- Assist with special events and catering as needed
- Work closely with other Dining Services team members to provide a great resident experience
