- 5 days per week, including some weekends; Will always work Tuesdays and Fridays

Job Purpose:
To support a vibrant and welcoming dining experience that enhances the daily lives of our Residents through exceptional service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining environment.
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and trays—either by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
Clear food residue and ensure dishware is sanitized and ready for use.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, and clean delivery and trash areas.
Sanitize surfaces including walls, refrigerators, and storage racks.
Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables; clean and maintain garbage cans and dumpster area in coordination with housekeeping.
Transport supplies and equipment between storage, kitchen, and service areas.
Assist with basic food prep, such as washing and peeling vegetables.
Load and unload deliveries of food and supplies.
Maintain a sanitary and tidy workspace at all times.
Deliver food carts to resident floors and retrieve steam table pans after meals.
Record and monitor dish machine temperatures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Organize and maintain storage areas including chemicals, paper goods, and buffet supplies.
Secure all kitchen equipment and entry points at the end of each service shift to ensure safety and security.
Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor to support the team and resident satisfaction.
Salary : $15
