We are looking for compassionate LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs to join our PRN team supporting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Current PRN Opportunities

• LPN – Charge Nurse
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

PRN team members work on an as-needed basis and are required to work at least one shift per month.

Compensation

• LPN Charge Nurse: Starting at $26.00/hour
• CMA: Starting at $17.00/hour
• CNA: Starting at $16.00/hour

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role and credentials, you’ll work alongside our clinical team to provide individualized, resident-centered care and support.

• Assist residents with daily living needs while encouraging independence
• Provide care with patience, dignity, compassion, and respect
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of your license or certification
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition, behavior, or needs
• Provide reassurance, redirection, and supportive care for residents living with dementia or cognitive impairment
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and other members of the care team
• Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current Oklahoma LPN license, CMA certification, or CNA certification, appropriate to the position
• Assisted living, memory care, dementia care, or other senior living experience preferred
• Patience and the ability to communicate effectively with residents with varying levels of cognitive ability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependability and flexibility to support PRN staffing needs
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
