As the Hospitality Services Supervisor, you’ll lead front-of-house dining operations in our Independent Living neighborhood, helping create a smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every resident. From daily service to special events, you’ll play a key role in ensuring consistency, quality, and connection—guided by our values of integrity, faith-based service, healthy living, quality, and stewardship.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily service in the dining room, bistro, and café
- Coordinate seating, service flow, and meal periods to keep things running smoothly
- Model and deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service
- Support resident events, special meals, and light catering
- Be a trusted point of contact for resident questions and resolve concerns in real time
- Build meaningful relationships with residents to support satisfaction and retention
- Lead, coach, and support servers, hosts, and hospitality staff on the floor
- Assist with training and share feedback with leadership
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and food safety (FOH)
- Adjust staffing and assignments as needed to support service
- Partner closely with Dining Management to keep operations seamless
