EPT Global Logistics USA Inc. is a full-service customs house broker, international freight forwarder, and NVOCC committed to providing customized logistics and supply chain solutions. As we continue to grow our U.S. operations, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry Writer to join our Charleston office.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process customs entries in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements.
• Communicate with clients on shipment status, customs releases, and clearance updates.
• Coordinate with importers, CBP, and PGAs to resolve shipment holds and other clearance issues.
• Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
• Monitor changing customs regulations and tariff updates.
• Submit entries, maintain accurate shipment records, and generate ACE reports.
• Prioritize multiple shipments while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of customs brokerage or international freight forwarding experience preferred (we're willing to train the right candidate).
• Knowledge of CBP procedures, HTS classification, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Magaya Logistics Software and Zoho Creator experience is a plus.

• On-site position located on Daniel Island, SC.
• This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance or 401(k) benefits.
