Qualifications
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PEO, HR tech, payroll, insurance, or business services
- Proven success selling to SMBs and C-level decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage full sales cycles independently
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, or benefits administration a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong advantage
