We are currently looking for a Supervisor, Technical to join our team on 1st Shift in our Repair Depot.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Supervisor, Distribution, you will:
- Establish and maintain performance and quality standards for the technical operations group.
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate the efforts of technicians and report failures to Management.
- Lead the technicians to ensure efficient processes.
- Coordinate all department activities and interface with inter-department managers.
- Maintain performance goals related to quality and productivity.
- Achieve or exceed planned production output.
- Ensure that team focuses on exceeding customer expectations in all aspects of the Depot operations.
- Manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Coordinate staff movement and training schedules in order to ensure that the Depot is properly staffed to achieve operational goals.
- Establish and maintain a regular presence on the Depot floor/assigned departments.
- Prepare reports according to customer requirements.
- Motivate employees and create a positive work environment.
- Regularly meet with leadership team and staff.
- Coordinate cost savings activities and process improvements within the Depot operations.
- Identify exceptions to performance standards and take immediate corrective actions.
- Address employee issues timely and conduct discipline as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and performance management activities.
- Implement operational policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Manage administrative functions and reports.
- Effectively disseminate administrative and operational information.
- Work with Human Resources to ensure compliance to all Company policies.
- Interview and evaluate candidates for vacant positions.
- Assists in the identification of processes, systems, equipment, and technologies required to maintain and improve the performance of technical and service operations
- Support depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management.

- Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
