Epson is looking for a recent college graduate to join our Corporate IT team! Our Undergraduate Rotation Program offers a unique opportunity to dive into the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This program will expose you to multiple areas within Epson America’s Corporate IT Department, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills and experience in AI and other cutting-edge technologies. Prepare for a future with Epson by completing this one-year program and positioning yourself for exciting opportunities within our company. Qualified applicants must have completed coursework and projects with AI.

What areas will I work in?

• You will gain experience rotating within the Corporate IT Department focusing on AI Initiatives
• Key areas will be AI Strategy Development, AI Solutions Implementation, Proof of Concept (PoC) and Pilot Projects, Technical Consultation, Stakeholder Communication, Selection of AI Tools & Technology, Ethical AI Practices
  

About Your Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Completed coursework and projects in AI
• Ability to be highly productive and organized with minimal oversight from senior management.
• Intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Takes the initiative to “get the job done”.
• Critical thinker with ability to solve complex problems.
• New college graduates with relevant internship or coursework will be considered
  
  

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $64,500 and $80,641. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
