Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Worship Music, Music Ministry, and general Music leadership
- Experience with worship presentation software such as ProPresenter
- Strong skills in Pastoral Care, including the ability to support and guide congregational members in their spiritual and personal needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams and engage with the congregation
- Knowledge of or experience in theological contexts is a plus
- A degree in ministry, theology, or related field is preferred
- The ability to work collaboratively with the church leadership and adapt to the needs of the congregation
