Role: Workday Implementation Project Manager
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for Workday modules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, Workday consultants, and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive updates.
- Oversee change management, training, and adoption strategies for end-users.
- Maintain project documentation and dashboards for executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Workday implementation projects (HCM/Finance modules)
- Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules, such as:
- Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, Finance

- Strong project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, risk management
- Knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, and integration
- Experience with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, vendors)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
