Role : Network Security Engineer – Delivery Lead

Role Overview
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network security infrastructure — including proxy, firewall, and routing/switching platforms — while overseeing service delivery, team development, and financial performance across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and manage Bluecoat Proxy and Forcepoint Proxy solutions for web security and policy enforcement
• Manage and optimize Fortigate Firewall deployments for enterprise threat protection
• Design and maintain complex Cisco R&S infrastructure for high availability
• Support DNS-DHCP-IPAM administration; working knowledge of Cisco DNAC and ISE
• Drive service delivery governance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across accounts
• Lead and mentor L1–L3 teams, closing skill gaps and building a high-performance culture
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization for delivery units
