Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
• Process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
• Analyze customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client relations.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
• Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and procedures.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Experience in sales or client services is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems; familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
