Facilities & EHS Manager
Location: Laconia, New Hampshire (Two Manufacturing Facilities)

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Facilities & EHS Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of two advanced manufacturing facilities supporting the production of electric propulsion systems for land, sea, and air drone applications. This leadership role ensures facility reliability, regulatory compliance, and a safe working environment while supporting production growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all facilities operations, maintenance, and infrastructure activities across two manufacturing locations.
- Manage building systems including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, security, and general facility maintenance.
- Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize facility uptime and equipment reliability.
- Serve as the facility electrical expert and oversee all electrical installations, repairs, and infrastructure improvements.
- Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC, and applicable local regulations.
- Manage contractors, service providers, facility projects, and capital improvements.
- Support manufacturing operations by ensuring facilities and utilities meet current and future production requirements.
- Develop facility budgets, monitor operating costs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain facilities in an audit-ready condition to support ISO 9001, AS9100, customer, and government requirements.
- Foster a culture of safety, reliability, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Licensed or Certified Electrician (Journeyman or Master preferred).
- 7 years of industrial facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing experience.
- 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, building infrastructure, preventive maintenance, and facility operations.
- Experience leading EHS programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing is preferred.
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
