About the Role:
- Lead core Accounting Operations functions including AP, P2P, procurement, treasury, and vendor management
- Oversee PO-to-invoice lifecycle and strengthen end-to-end procure-to-pay governance
- Drive operational process improvements, standardization, and automation across accounting workflows
- Play a key role in M&A integration—systems, processes, controls, and operational readiness
- Support NetSuite optimization and ensure scalability with company growth
- Partner closely with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Tax, and M&A teams
- Manage and develop a small, growing Accounting Operations team
Requirements:
- CPA required
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience with strong operations orientation
- AP/P2P, procurement operations experience
- PE-backed M&A and integration experience strongly preferred
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Some Big 4 or mid-tier foundation preferred
- Software/tech background is a plus but not required
- High-energy "builder" type who thrives in fast-growth environments
