EPRI has an opening for a Legal, Compliance & Audit Office (LC&A) Student Worker -- Operations & Data Analyst to support L&C efforts in data, operations, and contract support.
The job duties of the Legal Student Worker -- Operations & Data Analyst are as follows:
The Hourly Rate Range For Student Positions Are
As an EPRI Student, you will not participate in EPRI’s Benefit Programs which includes health insurance, retirement benefits, vacation, sick leave (except as set required by law) and holiday pay. However, as a Student employee you are eligible for the benefits of Social Security, State Disability Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
For Student positions which require one to relocate to an EPRI office. Relocation assistance is not provided and the student will be responsible for covering all relocation costs/expenses.
EPRI participates in E-Verify, an online system operated jointly by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration (SSA). EPRI uses the system to check the work status of new hires by comparing information from the employee's I-9 form against SSA and Department of Homeland Security databases.

EPRI has an opening for a Legal, Compliance & Audit Office (LC&A) Student Worker -- Operations & Data Analyst to support L&C efforts in data, operations, and contract support.
The job duties of the Legal Student Worker -- Operations & Data Analyst are as follows:
- Provides LC&A support by assisting the CLM team in the development of internal/customer facing reports and presentations for key areas including, but not limited to legal data transfer and analysis, procurement, and contracts.
- Serves as a Liaison between the LC&A and various departments seeking LC&A assistance and support.
- Maintains LC&A legal operations email communications by monitoring email traffic, supporting NDAs, licenses, and related legal agreements as assigned; analyzing issues discovered, recommending potential solutions, and facilitating the engagement between the appropriate personnel.
- Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or softcopy), and status reports/tracking while actively engaged in data process and transition to a new .
- Conducts research or data analysis tasks to support LC&A during transfer and coordination of new Enterprise digital system, as well as AI brainstorming activities for operational solutions on various initiatives.
- Supports go-live and transitional efforts by facilitating communications between departmental functions leads, subcontractors, and LC&A.
- Actively monitors LC&A schedules, key deliverable dates, and training and support itineraries to ensure the successful coordination of LC&A efforts for CLM and year-end support coordination.
- Documents and oversees meeting information gathering activities, including recording and socializing, to ensure the accurate capture of key action items for the development of required deliverables within the LC&A team.

- Undergraduate: $16-29 per hour
- Masters: $27-33 per hour
- Ph.D: $31-36 per hour
