They will also handle inspecting, and processing incoming materials and supplies to ensure accurate inventory and timely distribution within the facility.
Location: This role is an onsite position located in our Battle Creek, MI facility 5 days per week.

What You Will Be Doing
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect received materials for damage, defects, and discrepancies, documenting and reporting any issues.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately label, sort, and store incoming materials in designated inventory locations.
- Enter receiving data into the inventory management system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with precision.
- Collaborate with purchasing and quality control departments to resolve receiving discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Assist with cycle counting and physical inventory processes as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- May assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse or receiving environment, preferably in a manufacturing or scientific setting.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; valid certification preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
