This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Oxnard, CA. The Recruiter will oversee the full life cycle recruitment process, developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent. Day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance the candidate experience.
- Proficiency in sourcing methods, candidate screening, and building talent pipelines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships through integrity, respect, and trust.
- Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
