Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Propane Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while performing propane-related services, including installation, maintenance, and safety inspections. Candidates who are customer service-oriented and willing to obtain or already possess a CDL A or B with Hazmat endorsement are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide professional assistance related to propane services.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in training new team members as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, safety checks, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience or willingness to learn propane service procedures.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain or possess a CDL A or B license with Hazmat endorsement is preferred or must be willing to acquire it.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to move up within the company through demonstrated performance and initiative.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record is a plus.
