Journeyman Commercial/Residential ElectricianWe are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial/Residential Journeyman Electrician willing to travel and join our growing team. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for a wide range of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in diverse environments.Job OverviewThe Journeyman Electrician will perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on construction, renovation, and commercial job sites. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading, NEC compliance, troubleshooting, and the safe use of electrical tools and testing equipment. Pay is based on experience and performance.ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial settings.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues. Must bring your own basic tools.Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and safety regulations.Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet project deadlines.Assist with general construction, renovation, or light carpentry tasks when needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.Qualifications & SkillsValid Arkansas Commercial Journeyman Electrician license with proven residential and commercial experience.Must be able to run and bend electrical conduitStrong working knowledge of NEC codes, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Experience with both high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and construction documents.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Must have an AR drivers license and reliable transportation.Must pass a drug test.
