Dental Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) needed in Sebring!
Heartland Endodontics is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team! This full-time hybrid role combines both clinical assisting and front office responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in a supportive, fast-paced specialty practice.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures
- Take digital radiographs
- Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms
- Maintain efficient patient flow and clinical schedule
- Review and document patient charts
Front Office / Patient Care Duties:
- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and explain treatment costs
- Collect payments and process insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with referring offices
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Dental Radiology Certification in Florida
- 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
Preferred:
- Dental front office or scheduling experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience with dental software (TDO/Endovision a plus)
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday through Friday
