Epoxy Foxy Inc. is a licensed and growing concrete coatings company serving the Bay Area. We specialize in high-performance residential and commercial flooring systems including urethane cement, polished concrete, grind & seal, epoxy, and specialty decorative finishes.

We are hiring a Lead Installer to oversee job sites, ensure quality control, and help train crew members.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership from start to finish and holds high standards for safety, workmanship, and professionalism.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead job sites from start to completion
• Supervise and train installers
• Ensure materials are mixed and applied correctly
• Maintain strict quality control standards
• Identify and manage jobsite risks and limitations
• Communicate directly with customers professionally
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and vehicles
• Maintain job timelines and production efficiency
• Enforce company safety and conduct policies

Technical Responsibilities

• Troweled cove base installation
• Urethane Cement (UC Cement) systems
• Polished concrete systems
• Grind and Seal systems
• Marble / metallic epoxy floor systems
• Surface prep, crack repair, moisture mitigation
• Operate concrete grinders, buffers, and HEPA vacuums
• Diagnose and troubleshoot coating failures

Requirements

• Strong experience in concrete coatings or related trade
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Experience with epoxy and/or other concrete toppers required
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Able to operate heavy grinding equipment safely
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to work until job completion (overtime required, sometimes without advance notice)
• Professional communication skills
• No drugs. No alcohol. Must be fit for duty at all times.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
