We are a fast-growing epoxy and concrete coatings company expanding in the Northeast and looking for a high-level installer who knows what they’re doing—no babysitting required.
This is not an entry-level position.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Run epoxy flooring jobs from start to finish Concrete prep: grinding, crack repair, patching Install full flake systems, metallics, concrete finishing, and topcoats
* Manage job flow to hit timelines without sacrificing quality
*Lead or work alongside a small crew
*Maintain clean, professional job sites
*Communicate with clients when needed
*What You Must Have Proven experience installing epoxy flooring systems
*Ability to run a job independently
*Experience with grinders and surface prep equipment
*Strong attention to detail (this is everything in this industry)
*Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
*Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, long days)
