Brief Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our apartment community running at its best. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, provides exceptional customer service, and can effectively lead a maintenance team while ensuring our community remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, schedule, and support the maintenance team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely completion and excellent resident service.
- Perform and oversee apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, carpentry, lock changes, and general maintenance.
- Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program for buildings, amenities, HVAC systems, pools, irrigation, and common areas.
- Maintain maintenance inventory, shop organization, tools, and equipment while managing expenses within budget.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety procedures, and required maintenance logs.
- Inspect the community regularly and proactively address maintenance concerns.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Partner with the Community Manager to maintain the overall appearance and performance of the property.
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance experience, including supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal maintenance tools required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, climb stairs, and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
