Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and professional Banquet Servers to join our events team. As a Banquet Server, you’ll play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences by providing excellent service throughout the event — from setup and food service to clean-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event plans
- Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
- Assist with clean up after events
- Work closely with the banquet captain and kitchen staff to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- Prior hospitality or serving experience preferred (banquet experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., trays, chairs, or equipment)
- Punctual, dependable, and teamoriented
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
