Our client is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to lead and implement process safety programs across terminal sites in Texas and Louisiana. This is a key role ensuring regulatory compliance, process risk mitigation, and a zero-incident culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for PSM, RMP, and QRA.
- Lead HAZOPs, LOPAs, and Human Reliability Analyses.
- Support audits, investigations, training, and SOP development.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and API standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Process Safety (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years’ experience in process safety or operations within the chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.119, EPA RMP, and API 754
- Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills
This position requires regular field engagement and travel between terminals.
