Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for medical affairs clients, building trusted, consultative partnerships
- Understand client objectives across medical strategy, evidence communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Provide proactive strategic guidance aligned with scientific, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for expanded support or new initiatives
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple medical affairs programs, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met
- Oversee integrated deliverables such as scientific platforms, publications support, medical education materials, advisory boards, congress activities, and training resources
- Manage project plans, resourcing, and risk mitigation across complex accounts
- Ensure all work meets internal quality standards and external regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Partner closely with medical writers, editors, scientific leads, design, and project management teams
- Facilitate effective internal communication to maintain alignment on priorities, expectations, and deliverables
- Translate complex scientific content into clear strategic direction for internal teams
- Own account financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and reconciliation
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and contract amendments
- Monitor account performance and profitability, escalating risks as appropriate

Required
