We are partnering with our client to identify a dynamic Head of Communications who will work with leadership to develop a cohesive brand and lead communications. This individual will craft and execute a strategic narrative that elevates the company's brand and ensures consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee media relations, thought leadership, and corporate storytelling to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Manage internal communications to foster engagement and alignment across teams.
• Drive brand strategy and positioning to strengthen the company's identity within the AI and biotech ecosystem.
• Lead crisis communications planning and response.
• Manage an external PR agency and collaborate with internal leaders to align communications with company priorities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all messaging.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7 years of experience in communications within biotech, AI, or technology sectors.
• Proven success in communications, brand development, and corporate reputation management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong media relations and digital communications expertise.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
