Position: Business Development Manager - Biopharma PartnershipsAre you passionate about shaping the future of biopharmaceutical innovation? We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Leader to drive strategic partnerships and external growth opportunities.What You'll Do:Identify and establish external business opportunities, including out-licensing, co-development, and other structured transactions.Develop and present compelling business cases for prioritized opportunities, backed by robust analysis, key assumptions, and risk assessments.Initiate and lead external partnership discussions with minimal supervision.Drive cross-functional due diligence and alliance management, collaborating with R&D, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance teams.Oversee BD operations from proposals and term sheet development to negotiations, deal closure, and alliance management.Contribute to shaping business development and licensing strategies aligned with corporate and portfolio goals.Represent the organization at industry, investor, and partnering conferences, building strong relationships across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.What We're Looking For:Ph.D. in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or related biomedical sciences (strongly preferred).Solid background in antibody development.Knowledge of business development/licensing and pharmaceutical R&D.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders.Effective interpersonal and project management skills in a fast-paced, matrix environment.Collaborative team player.Bilingual in Mandarin and English (preferred).Company DescriptionA top 10 pharmaceutical company with an immense amount of growth after releasing their at home COVID diagnostic tests is looking to bring on 200 Quality Individuals through a massive hiring campaign.
