We are seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or a professional with a Masters in ABA coursework to join our team. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT), excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage both clinical and supervisory responsibilities. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual candidates may receive additional pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and behaviour support plans
- Adjust and create programs to meet client needs
- Collaborate with families, directors, and support teams on case progress
- Train, supervise, and support clinicians and therapists
- Communicate with funding sources and maintain billable caseloads
