In this early career role, you will report to Episource’s Manager, Health Information Network.

Here’s how you’ll impact Episource:

• Serve as an organizational expert. Leverage your organizational prowess to maintain accurate and confidential provider information across our databases. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure data integrity and confidentiality are upheld at all times.
• Serve as a support specialist. Be the driving force behind our medical records retrieval team’s success by providing essential administrative support. Your efficient and organized approach will enable smooth operations, allowing our team to deliver top-notch service in obtaining vital health data and medical records.
• Showcase your meticulous eye for detail. Demonstrate your keen eye for detail as you take on impactful responsibilities as you support Sr. Network Specialists who manage provider relationships. With your self-managed and problem-solving mindset, you’ll ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our team.
• Investigate and explore. Harness your dynamic research skills to explore and identify market intelligence crucial for records retrieval and effective provider database management. Your ability to investigate and ask critical questions will inform strategic decisions, driving our organization’s success in provider relations.

What your career journey will look like at Episource:

• In the first three months, You will become proficient in our systems and processes, gaining a solid understanding of provider research and medical records retrieval. You’ll actively contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, integrating seamlessly into our team.
• In the first six months: You’ll take on increased responsibility, playing a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity, and supporting provider engagement efforts. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness within our operations.
• By the end of your first year at Episource, You will have established yourself as a trusted member of the team, making significant contributions to our success. Your expertise in medical records retrieval and database management will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate.
• Beyond your first year, you will continue to develop and achieve success by evolving your career path, including the opportunity to advance to Network Specialist, Sr. Network Specialist, and Network Manager.

What you’ll bring to Episource:

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience (professional certification preferred)
• 1-3 years’ experience in an office setting (preferably in the healthcare industry)
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, and G-Suite)
• At least 40-45 WPM
• An ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data

Salary Range: $25 to $30 Per hour

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements; please see our benefits section above for more information.)
