We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about resident-centered care and wants to practice nursing in an environment where clinical expertise, collaboration, and compassion are truly valued.
Wage: $30.49–$37.20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Part-Time Days | 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period)
Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

We're Looking For
- 3 years of LPN experience required
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess residents, identify changes in condition, and communicate with the healthcare team.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, providers, therapists, and families.
- Support a culture where residents are known, respected, and empowered to live with purpose.
