The Financial Assistance Representative is responsible for processing all financial assistance applications, responding to applications, and educating and assisting patients. Also responsible for updating hospital systems with application outcomes, actions taken, and any necessary adjustments. Serve as subject matter expert on financial assistance process.

- Process all financial assistance applications
- Serve as subject matter expert on financial assistance process
- Respond to all financial assistance applications
- Update hospital systems regarding applications outcomes
- High School diploma or Equivalency required
- Certified Application Counselor (CAC)
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
- Knowledge of State and Federal billing regulations
- Knowledge of OMNIPRO, EPACES, and EMEVS for online eligibility determinations
- Experience with Excel, Word, and Basic Accounting Principles
Salary : $35 - $37
