This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Clinton Township, MI. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks will include managing property listings, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the Clinton Township, MI real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is a plus
