This is a part-time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinician based in Dallas, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide one-on-one counseling, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for clients. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, creating personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with other team members. You will also contribute to fostering a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore and overcome challenges.
- Licensed as a mental health professional in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Strong skills in individual counseling, couples counseling, and group facilitation
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, techniques for managing anxiety and depression, and empowerment strategies for diverse populations
- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy to establish trust with clients
- Experience in creating treatment plans and maintaining accurate client documentation
- Familiarity with working with LGBTQIA clients, gifted individuals, empaths, and individuals with trauma histories
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
