The Sr. Regional Operations Leader will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will also work closely with the Market Medical Director is responsible for assuring that multi-site operations in the region operate smoothly and efficiently. This individual manages teammates and partners with providers and corporate departments to ensure the highest standard of dermatology care is provided, consistent with sound financial operations and budgets. 



Essential Job Functions:

● Full P&L responsibility and leadership for approximately 8-15 dermatology clinics and over 50 employees including doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, aestheticians and medical and administrative team members.

● Develops and executes operating plans and goals for the region including financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, and clinical outcomes.

● Ensures clinic activity meets established standards of quality, satisfying compliance with Federal, State and other applicable regulations.

● Monitors KPIs for performance, recognizes strong execution and provides coaching for centers falling short of expectations.

● Partners with the Market Medical Director and operations leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the region.

● Actively manages all teammate employment areas such as hiring, onboarding, job performance evaluations and professional development.

● Engages with corporate leadership to stay apprised of company guidance, provides updates on region and executes strategic planning between regions.

● Meets regularly with each physician and provider to discuss individual performance and to identify opportunities and barriers.

● Drives pursuit of new business in the region. Coordinates individual efforts for new business with Corporate Development, Operations leadership, and Physician Recruiting.

● Supports the implementation team with the integration process of acquisitions within the region.

● Relocates, expands and renovates clinics to increase size, add services and improve access to care.

● Provides outstanding leadership for a geographically dispersed team and develops a high level of excellence with the staff.

● Promotes excellent patient care and customer service by all levels of the staff and ensures that patients are highly satisfied with their experiences.

● Fosters positive corporate culture through leadership and mentorship of staff in accordance with Epiphany Core Values.● Participates in staff meetings and workgroups by providing constructive input for practice improvements and solutions.

● Other duties as assigned.


Responsibilities for Maintaining Role:

● Maintains positive relationships with patients/families, peers, vendors and other team members.

● Maintains open communication with supervisor and team. Receives and applies constructive input for performance improvement and individual growth.

● Consistently demonstrates Epiphany’s Core Values, contributing to a team-based, collaborative culture.

● Adheres to the Compliance program. Safeguards PHI and financial information, utilizing HIPAA confidentiality, privacy and security standards and policies.

● Fully complies with OSHA workplace safety regulations.


Performance Requirements, Skills and Abilities:

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work with an Electronic Health Record and other related E-Systems.

● Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills to enhance age-specific patient care and team collaboration.

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Strong reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving abilities

● Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing priorities

● Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks, following through to completion.

● Demonstrates cultural competency, sensitivity and responsiveness to various cultural characteristics and beliefs.


Qualifications/Experience:

● Bachelor’ s or Master’ s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.

● Minimum of 3 years' experience in management required; multi-site healthcare management strongly preferred.

● Proven experience identifying and driving growth for your territory.

● Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace and where change is common.

● Capacity to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization, proven success engaging with physicians.

● Self-starter and driven to excellence in all aspects of the role.

● Must be available to travel up to 60%, mainly within the region by car.

  


Work Environment and Physical Requirements: 

Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.

Note: This opening is ideally based in Seattle area. Candidates who are willing to relocate to these markets are welcome to apply. Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
