Fleet Mobile Maintenance (FMM) service offerings include mobile preventative maintenance and mechanical repair, tire replacement and repair services, and trailer repair and maintenance services. Fleet Mobile Maintenance serves several markets in the Southeast corridor of Michigan, including Detroit, Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, Lansing, and Flint. We also have technicians serving customers in Indianapolis, Cleveland, Louisville, and Nashville.

- Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses*
- Lead a team of mobile technicians.
- Retrieve, review and monitor metrics, reports, customer service logs, and/or training or safety records
- Follow up with technicians as necessary to make recommended changes to improve maintenance and repair efficiency.
- Monitor operations to ensure that technicians comply with DOT policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure each tech has a full schedule daily and delegate work to technicians accordingly.
- Facilitate communication and problem solving resolve any issues.
- Provide technicians with standard and emergency operating procedures for maintenance and repair work.
- Perform mobile technician duties such as preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, tractor/trailer repairs, and/or parts replacements as needed.
- 10 years of verified experience in Tractor/Trailer repair while leading a team of technicians.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds.
- Basic Computer Skills to submit repairs for billing.
- Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
- Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.
- Previous role as team lead and/or supervisor
- Skills in coaching, mentoring & teaching
- Knowledge of the mobile work environment and challenges and maintenance practices.
- Ability to act with a high sense of urgency and prioritize issues daily.
- Class A CDL
- M-F Schedule with rotating on- call.
- Paid Time Off including holidays.
- Time and a half for any afterhours (OT) work/ $100 bonus.
