What You’ll Do
- Own the schedule - manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians
- Support the field - process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right
- Keep customers informed - provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations
- Maintain accuracy - update customer databases with current information and service details
- Bridge communication - serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers
- Support accounting - provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused
- Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation
