Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Perform accident repairs on trailers and heavy trucks (rails, panels, roofs, posts, doors, and floors).
Handle collision and bodywork repairs including sanding, prepping, and refinishing.
Conduct DOT and preventative maintenance inspections on trailers (brakes, suspension, lighting, wiring, airbags, and more).
Complete welding and fabrication tasks for structural and cosmetic repairs.
Assist with painting and refinishing as needed.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, top-quality repairs.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
4 years of experience in trailer.
Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, braking systems, suspension, and body structures.
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, stick, or plasma cutting a plus).
A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Must provide your own tools and have reliable transportation.
Overtime flexibility when needed.
