We are seeking a Parts Associate to support our service and operations teams by sourcing, ordering, and managing parts for construction equipment, trucks, and trailers. This role is critical to keeping technicians productive and customers moving. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with Account Managers and Service Technicians to identify and source required parts
- Research, price, and order parts for construction equipment, truck, and trailer fleets
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information to Account Managers
- Process parts orders through MESO’s fulfillment system
- Follow up with vendors on backorders, lead times, and delivery status
- Coordinate returns for incorrect or unneeded parts
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the ordering process
- Support a high level of customer service by ensuring parts are ordered correctly and on time
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Prior parts experience within construction equipment, fleet maintenance, automotive, or related industries
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Commitment to safe, professional, and customer-focused service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
